‘Wanderlust’ Trailer!

Starring Paul Rudd and Jennifer Aniston, the David Wain directed, Judd Apatow produced film centers on a married couple (Aniston, Rudd) who are forced by circumstance to leave their New York City life behind and spend time on a hippie dippy, tree-hugging commune. Malin Akerman, Ray Liotta, Alan Alda, Justin Theroux and Ken Marino (who co-wrote the script) round out the strong supporting cast, and while this trailer is a bit bland and lifeless, there is something to remember.

‘Horrible Bosses’ Blu-ray Release Date and Details

Warner Home Video has announced the R-rated comedy Horrible Bosses starring Jason Bateman, Charlie Day, Jason Sudeikis, Jennifer Aniston, Colin Farrell, Kevin Spacey, Jamie Foxx and Donald Sutherland has been assigned an October 11, 2011 release date on Blu-ray and DVD.
Horrible Bosses was part of the big summer R-rated comedy blitz at the box office. It opened to over $28 million its first weekend in theaters back in July, and went on to haul in $114 million at the end of its theatrical run.

For Blu-ray and DVD combo pack release, Warner has inserted an additional 8 minutes into the film that promise “new hilarious moments” in what is being called the “totally inappropriate edition.” This extended cut will be available in addition to the original theatrical cut on the disc.

There are five total bonus features included that total around 30 minutes of material. In addition, the combo pack will include an UltraViolet Digital Copy available to download via Warner’s computer cloud network.

‘Horrible Bosses’ sequel under consideration

To date, director Seth Gordon’s comedy Horrible Bosses has grossed $82.6 million domestically. And yes, he’s contemplating going at it again with a sequel.

“We’re talking about it,” says Gordon.

It would make topical sense for two of the film’s bosses, the libidinous dentist played by Jennifer Aniston and the tyrannical corporate overlord portrayed by Kevin Spacey, to return. But there’s one hiccup in Gordon’s plans: what to do about the third honcho, played by Colin Farrell. “I feel like it would be a shame not have Bobby Pellitt (back). Maybe in some sort of dream sequence,” says Gordon.

Ah, yes, Bobby Pellitt, the obnoxious, cocaine-loving, karate-practicing ladies’ man who gets his comeuppance. Ask Farrell about being unrecognizable as Bobby — complete with beer belly and bald cap — and he starts laughing.

“Bobby Pellitt, kung-fu master extraordinaire. So much fun. I love watching the film because I’m in it for three (expletive) minutes. It wasn’t ruined for me. I could just enjoy it,” says Farrell. “I can’t remember having such fun designing the physical world of a character as I have with that guy, down to the car that he drove, the fact that he loved karaoke. All of it.”

Horrible Bosses scored a $28.1 million Friday-Sunday debut, the year’s third biggest fourth biggest for a comedy, behind The Hangover Part II, Cameron Diaz’s Bad Teacher, as commenters astutely reminded below, and Aniston’s and Adam Sandler’s Just Go With It.

So, yes, Aniston is now officially back from last summer’s The Switch.

Jennifer is ‘sexually aggressive’ in Horrible Bosses

Jennifer Aniston’s new co-star has today revealed that Jen plays a “sexually aggressive” woman in their next flick, Horrible Bosses.

In contrast to her usual rom-com roles, Jen’s character Dr Julia Harris is a blackmailer who tries to get co-star Charlie Day’s character to sleep with her.

The actor said: “Jennifer Aniston is sexually aggressive towards me and demands I sleep with her or she’s going to blackmail me into making my fiancée think I’m sleeping with her. She has an elaborate way of doing that.” Charlie also joked that the duo had little time to get to know each other before finding themselves naked quickly into filming the flick, due for release in July 2011.
