Jennifer Aniston speaks onstage during The 25th American Cinematheque Award Honoring Robert Downey Jr. held at The Beverly Hilton hotel on October 14, 2011 in Beverly Hills, California.
Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux went on a double date with funny man Andy Samberg and his girlfriend, Joanna Newsom. The couples enjoyed a night out in New York City—and each others company.
According to PEOPLE, the foursome partied at Primehouse, sitting all together, sharing food and drinks. They looked like they were having a great time, according to an insider, and there were plenty of laughs to go around.
Aniston and Theroux seems to have a lot of friends over at SNL, and this is their second time in just as many weeks hanging out with people from the show. They seem to like going out with other friends and just having a good time.
Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux left her NYC apartment carrying overnight bags and wearing matching fedoras on October, 10.
It turns out Jennifer Aniston, after years in front of the camera, is also pretty comfy behind it.
“What is great about Jen is that she’s consistent, she brought that same energy and sparkle, and that love of life that she brings to everything. She was really at home and really comfortable not being in front of the camera, I really envy her for that,” actress Jeanne Tripplehorn, who stars in Aniston’s forthcoming short film “Five,” told FOX411′s Pop Tarts column the Variety Power of Women event. “She was very specific, and nurturing and gentle. All the qualities we love about her, she had as a director.”
What’s even better is that Aniston’s directorial effort is all for a good cause, and guaranteed to bring tears to your eyes.
“‘Five’ is five short films, all dealing with a different character faced with the diagnosis of breast cancer. They face it with strength and dignity and a lot of humor,” Tripplehorn continued. “We had five amazing women who came together, Jen directed as well as Demi Moore, Alicia Keys, Penelope Spheeris and Patty Jenkins.”
Tripplehorn’s role as an oncologist serves as the common thread which weaves all the tales together, as she bears the burden of delivering the devastating news to her patients, which include the likes of Patricia Clarkson and Rosario Dawson.
“Five” will air on Lifetime during Breast Cancer Awareness Month in October. Check your local listings for times.
Jennifer Aniston is “timeless and infinitely talented,” Patricia Clarkson tells Zap2it about her director for Lifetime’s “Five” Monday (Oct. 10).
The film, directed by five different women, features the gripping stories of five women dealing with breast cancer. Jeanne Tripplehorn (“Big Love”) playing the doctor is the only link among them.
Tripplehorn’s character, Pearl, has to tell the women they are sick. In the case of Clarkson’s character, Mia, about as sick as one can be since she’s diagnosed with Stage 4 cancer.
“It’s Stage 4 because I didn’t go get a mammogram,” Clarkson says. “She didn’t catch it early.”
“My piece was one of the most extraordinary things I ever read,” Clarkson says. “And it frightened me deeply. This piece ate my lunch. It was brutal.”
Mia has that raw honesty of those who run out of time. She drinks a bottle of Cristal a day, fritters away her savings and lives each day as if it were her last because it could be.
Jennifer Aniston, Alicia Keys, and Demi Moore dropped by the View today to discuss their Lifetime movie ‘Five’.
